Size exchanges:
To exchange the same item for a different size, visit the returns portal and choose your item to return. Select a return reason , and press Exchange. On the next page, select your new size and press exchange.

New item/color:
To exchange for a different style, please visit the returns portal and choose your item to return. Select a return reason , and press Exchange or Shop with Return Credit On the next page, to use credits click the Shop with return credits link to shop our site for something new.
You have the option to make an “instant exchange” which allows a new order to be placed right away instead of after your return has been delivered at our warehouse. Please note that with the “instant exchange,” you will be asked to enter your payment information for a $1 hold even if it is an even exchange. To ensure you are not charged the full product price please make sure to send your return back within 14 days of creating the exchange.For any issues or questions, please email [email protected].
